Trident Security Solutions has security jobs and are seeking to fill the position of a Security Flex Officer.
The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Because of the nature of this position the Flex Officer program will be looked at as the training grounds for the next supervisors/leaders within Trident. Given you will be working at all locations learning the variance dimensions to our customer security programs, this lends well into developing new leaders.
Required to work for multiple clients at multiple locations, covering special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts. Some requests will come in at the last minute that we must fill.
Must be available to work at least 2 shifts per day, 7 days per week. You will not have a set schedule; schedule will be posted only the week prior for needed shifts. If you are not needed, plan to be on call or used to fill a post for another officer that needs to complete training.
Will be considered a FT employee and guaranteed 40 hours per week even if hours worked are not performed.
Must have the ability to communicate via computer/phone. Will be required to answer communications while at home. If you are contacted and a message must be left, it’s expected to return that communication within 30 minutes of initial communication.
