Role Description

1. What This Position Is All About: Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
2. Be familiar with store inventory to provide customers with the best product knowledge.
3. Greet customers and educate them on current promotions.
4. Build relationships with customers to promote repeat business and Saks credit card usage.
5. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, adhering to checkout standards.
6. Resolve customer issues aligning with trust, integrity, and respect.
7. Achieve individual and store goals for sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty participation.
8. Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms, including re-sizing fixtures, markdowns, and signage.
9. Complete markdowns promptly and accurately per company standards.
10. Participate in store programs and selling events.
11. Ensure proper merchandise display and compliance with brand standards.
12. Follow Asset Protection procedures and support theft prevention programs.
13. Complete tasks or projects assigned by store leadership.
