GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Flex Security Supervisor/Officer for the Memphis, TN area. The role requires patrolling diverse environments, supervising a team, and rapid threat response. A TN security license and a valid driver's license are required, with a 3rd shift from 10pm to 6am.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 years of security supervisory experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Supervise shift team
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Flex Security Supervisor / Guard?

As a Flex Security Supervisor / Officer - Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Site Location: Memphis, TN (Frayser)
• TN Security License Required
• Valid Driver's License Required (Must be at least 21 years of age)
• Flex schedule: Full-Time, 3rd Shift, 10pm-6am (Friday - Tuesday)

Qualifications of Tactical Security Supervisor / Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 years of Security Supervisory experience preferred
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
