Job summary

Insight Enterprises in Hanover Park, IL seeks a Flex Security Representative I to oversee loss prevention, access control, and investigations in a warehouse setting. The role partners with security, operations, and HR to reduce shrinkage and manage badge systems across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in asset protection, knowledge of CCTV and badge systems, and a high school diploma (some college preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or investigations, ideally in a warehouse, distribution, or high value environment.
• Military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required.
• Hands-on experience with video surveillance systems, access control/badge systems, and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review video surveillance systems to detect and investigate suspicious activity.
• Conduct inspections of teammates, visitors, and contractors upon entry and exit.
• Manage and process badge/access Control systems including badge creation, permissions, audits, and exit/entry monitoring.
• Conduct risk assessments/safety walks of warehouse zones.
