Marksman Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for part-time shifts in Chico, CA. The role demands flexibility across day, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday shifts, with $21.00 per hour compensation.

Experience in security or customer service is preferred and candidates must hold active CA BSIS Guard Card training. You will maintain access control, patrol, write incident reports, and deliver professional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain site access control and visitor logs.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor check-ins.

• Conduct patrols and safety checks.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Write detailed incident and daily activity reports.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and report potential hazards.
• Follow all company, client, and regulatory guidelines.

$21.00/ Per Hour

• Flexibility with Shifts is Required

Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Applicants need to be flexible with their schedule and willing to work weekends, day, evenings, overnights and holidays, if needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active CA State training and Guard Card licensing.

Work Schedule

• Capable of extended standing, walking, or patrolling.
• Maintain alertness and situational awareness at all times.
