GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Flex Security Officer for all shifts in Milpitas, CA. The role involves adapting to daily changes, patrolling, access control, and exceptional customer service while maintaining security.

Ideal candidates have a security background, are at least 21, and can work any day or shift. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma or GED are required. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications For Flex Security Officers - All Shifts

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years of age
• Preferably has three plus months of security experience
• Must have active driver's license

• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
