Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Flex Security Officer to provide security across client sites in a full-time capacity. The role involves monitoring premises, controlling access, patrolling, and responding to incidents with professional conduct.

The position requires high school education or GED, 1 year of security/military experience, and strong customer service skills. Willingness to travel to other cities is noted; benefits include comprehensive coverage and training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client's employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• This is a driving site, willingness to travel to other cities.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Flex Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Bismarck, ND

Wage: $23.50/HR

The Flex Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military police experience required.
