As a casual Security Officer – Flex, your duties will vary daily and may include customer service, patrols, or surveillance. We need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Site Location: Grand Rapids, MI
• Set schedule: Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift when called
• Competitive hourly wage of $15.50 - $17.96 / Hour (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to identify suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond promptly to incidents or threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Valid Driver's License required
• Must be 21 years or older
