Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check as per federal, state, and local laws; criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits; observe and report suspicious activity.
• Sound alarms or notify police/fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of infractions and enforce post orders.
• Investigate incidents and maintain logs and reports.
