Responsibilities

Summary:

As a Flex Security Officer, you will often be the first person people interact with at an assigned client site, maintaining a positive environment for guests. Flex Officers will gain broad and specialized knowledge of various posts, with opportunities for leadership and growth within the company. Reliable performance can lead to supervisory or other leadership roles, with career paths for advancement. Flex Officers are essential in ensuring all security posts are covered, providing a deep bench of qualified officers for full-time and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Observe and report activities and incidents at assigned sites, ensuring property and personnel safety.
• Conduct periodic patrols to check for irregularities, inspect protection devices, and fire equipment.
• Enforce site regulations regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Control access to client sites through the admittance process.
• Patrol the site on foot or vehicle, checking for hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.
• Protect evidence or scene of incidents during emergencies or investigations.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, bomb threats, flooding, or hazardous materials.
• Prepare logs and reports as required.

Availability is flexible; we typically need 2nd and 3rd shifts. Let us know your availability to create a mutually beneficial schedule. Shifts are often at retail locations and may include nights and weekends, with premium pay for shifts when you are available.

Qualifications

• Meeting city/state requirements and certifications for guard duties
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable communication and transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to write logs and reports
