GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Flex Security Officer in San Diego, CA. You’ll adapt to changing missions—from customer service to patrols or surveillance—demonstrating agility and precision in fast-paced environments.

As a Security Officer – Response, you’ll monitor premises, control access, respond to incidents, and collaborate with authorities while providing excellent customer service. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• BSIS Guard Card and 32-hour BSIS trainings preferred.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability to work any day, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.

Responsibilities For Response Security Guard

Qualifications For Response Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence
