Job summary

Allied Universal in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Security Officer Flex Incident Response to protect client sites across industries. You will work 30–40 hours weekly with manager-assigned and self-scheduled shifts, supporting client needs and expanding your security skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, and write in multiple languages is a plus.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is beneficial.
• A background check and drug screening are required by Allied Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department in case of fire or unauthorized presence.
• Warn violators of rule infractions (loitering, smoking, etc.).
• Permit entry to authorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents and maintain incident reports/logs.
