Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is hiring a Flex Security Officer in the Hartford area. The role involves monitoring and patrolling multiple client sites on varied schedules to maintain safety and order. No experience is required, but customer service skills are essential, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Preferred candidates may have security experience and CT Guard Card. Training will be provided, with emphasis on responding to incidents and assisting visitors and staff in a professional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED is required.
• Valid Driver's License with clean MVR.
• Fast paced environment and customer service experience.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Security or relevant experience preferred.
• CT Guard Card preferred.

Helps maintain a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring and patrolling the premise at a variety of client sites. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers.
