Qualifications

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour

About the Role

We’re looking for Flex Security Officers to work in a healthcare environment at our New Milford and Danbury locations. This role helps protect patients, staff, visitors, and property while maintaining a professional and caring presence.

Schedule Requirements

• Flex position – must be available for both 1st and 2nd shifts
• May include weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor facility premises
• Observe and report safety or security concerns
• Respond to incidents and follow established procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
