Requirements:

• Must have open availability to work various days, shifts, weekends, holidays, and weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Experience monitoring security cameras and alarm systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Exceptional report writing skills.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer position supports our company's operations by filling shifts that become available due to illness, call-offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This role ensures continuous service to our customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance for personnel.

Scheduling Expectations

Flex officers are trained at various posts based on operational needs. While some assignments may last several weeks, they are not permanent. The schedule varies and includes shifts scheduled in advance and short-notice calls, with an expectation to work at least 80% of assigned shifts. Refusing more than 20% of called shifts may impact employment status.

Officers may perform duties as specified by Post Orders and SOPs, requiring quick and efficient action based on training.

Education Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
