DSI Security Services is seeking a Full-Time Flex Security Officer to support the Stockton, Tracy & Lathrop area. We value integrity, accountability and customer service, and offer a chance to join a diverse team that treats employees well.

Open availability is required. The role involves patrolling facilities, handling general security duties, and complying with client and company post instructions in all weather conditions.

Formación

• Customer service oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
• Open availability to work flexible hours.
• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and Texas Security License.
• Reliable means of transportation and communication.
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required.
• Work in all-weather elements as needed.
