GardaWorld Security is hiring a Response Flex Security Officer in San Francisco, CA. The role varies by day and event, combining customer service, patrolling and surveillance to adapt quickly and act with precision.

As a casual Flex Security Officer – Response, you will shift between assignments, respond to incidents, verify identities, and maintain safety while delivering professional service to clients and the public. Eligible candidates have a HS diploma or GED, valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings
• Must have a valid Driver's license
• 1+ year of security officer experience is required

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
