Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt in changing situations.
• Strong problem solving and responsiveness are essential.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement background is a plus.
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32-hour BSIS trainings (can be obtained during hiring).
• Flexible availability: able to work any day, including weekends/holidays, and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence
