Qualifications

• Must hold or acquire a valid Colorado (City of Denver) Guard Card (BSIS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Security Specialist team to protect customers and employees.
• Perform regular foot patrols throughout assigned areas.
• Identify and respond to unusual activity or hazardous conditions.
• Document security incidents and any facility maintenance concerns.
• Respond to calls for assistance from supervisors or fellow officers.
• Assist personnel during evacuations and emergencies.
• Support crowd management efforts as needed.
• Verify employee credentials for controlled areas.
• Monitor and enforce parking regulations.
• Interact with customers and employees professionally.
• Administer First Aid, CPR, and AED support during emergencies.
• Ensure all exterior access points are secured.

• Identify, evaluate, and respond to unusual activity or hazardous conditions anywhere on-site.
• Document and track security incidents, accidents, and any facility maintenance concerns that arise.
• Promptly respond to calls for assistance from supervisors, client staff, or fellow officers.
• Assist personnel during evacuations, emergencies, and other elevated-risk situations.
• Support crowd management efforts and liaise with public safety agencies as circumstances require.
• Verify employee credentials for individuals seeking entry into restricted or controlled areas.
• Monitor and enforce parking regulations and address vehicle-related issues on the property.
• Interact with customers and employees in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
• Administer First Aid, CPR, and AED support during medical emergencies, if certified.
• Ensure all exterior access points — including doors, gates, and windows — are locked and secured.

Minimum Requirements

Licenses & Credentials
