DSI Security Services is seeking a Full-Time Flex Security Officer for the Davenport/Maquoketa area. Join a diverse team dedicated to delivering high-quality security services. OPEN AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED and you will perform security duties to protect people and property.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license. Training and safety procedures are emphasized, with opportunities for growth within the company.

• Open availability to work flexible hours.
• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and Illinois PERC.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
• *Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
• Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required.
• Work in all-weather elements as needed.
