Responsibilities

Summary

As a Flex Security Officer, you will often be the first person people interact with at an assigned client site. You will maintain a positive environment and experience for guests. Flex Officers will gain broad and specialized knowledge of various posts and will be evaluated for leadership potential. Solid performance can lead to supervisory or leadership roles, with career growth within the company. Flex Officers help ensure all customer needs are met and no security posts are left uncovered, providing flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Observing and reporting activities and incidents, ensuring property and personnel safety.
• Conducting periodic patrols to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire equipment.
• Enforcing site regulations regarding personnel, visitors, and premises.
• Controlling access to client sites or facilities.
• Patrolling assigned sites on foot or in vehicle, checking for hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons.
• Protecting evidence or scenes of incidents.
• Responding to emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, bomb threats, and hazardous situations.
• Preparing logs and reports as required.

You can specify your availability for 2nd and 3rd shifts, which are our most common needs. Shifts are typically at retail locations we cover. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking supplemental income, retirees, or flexible employment outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• Must meet city/state requirements and certifications for guard duties.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable communication and transportation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to write routine logs and reports.

Pay rate: USD $18.00 / Hr. to USD $20.00 / Hr.
