• Must hold an active state security license and complete 32-hour BSIS trainings, or be willing to obtain during hiring.
• Authorized to work in the United States with documentation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 9–12 months of corporate security experience preferred.
• Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security and safety.
• Conduct patrols and identify suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.

Qualifications for Flex Security Guard - Corporate HQ

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have at least nine months to one year of corporate security experience.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have active driver's license
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
