Job description

Join to apply for the Flex Schedule General Laborers role at Nestlé.

This position is located in Little Chute, WI, at the Nestle Pizza division and offers immediate openings for entry-level flexible schedule general laborers in bakeries and on assembly lines for both 1st and 3rd shifts. This is a non-benefits eligible position.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating departmental equipment necessary in production, packaging, and bakeries
• Producing quality pizzas
• Housekeeping and other duties as assigned

Benefits and details:

• Choose your availability per month, working as little as 2 days a month
• 12-hour shifts with no swing shifts
• Growth opportunities, including advancement to machine operator roles within 12 months
• On-site company store with Nestlé products
• Pay rates: $20.52/hr for 1st shift, $22.02/hr for 3rd shift with shift premium

Candidate requirements:

• Basic communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math skills
