Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and drive incremental revenue
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations
- Manage territory activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and sales forecasting to optimize performance
- Stay informed about industry trends and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in telephone sales, personal selling, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and closing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for customer relationship building
- Proficiency with MS Office software and CRM technology, such as SalesForce
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on revenue growth and customer relationship management
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with peers, superiors, and customers
- Familiarity with telecommuting software such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
