Responsibilities

Deliver a world-class customer experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
Share product knowledge to inspire customers and help them style their jewellery.
Engage and attract customers, creating loyal fans beyond transactions.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operations.
Be flexible with scheduling to meet business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Demonstrated results‑oriented sales ability.
Careful and clear communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to connect with people at all levels and engage audiences.
At least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds; reliable arrival to work.
Flexible schedule: roughly 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable support to cover high‑traffic times, events, or when additional coverage is needed.
