About the Team

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). A Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) role fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers with a focus on delivering a world-class experience and achieving sales goals.
• Be a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and engaging customers to foster brand loyalty.
• Support store operations and peak-time coverage as a Flexible Staff Associate.
• Complete tasks as assigned and maintain a welcoming store environment.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• You can work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; and arrive to work on time.
• Flexible schedule ranges from approximately 4 hours per month in slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support to step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Compensation

$17.00 - $18.50, commensurate with experience.
