Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Flex Part Time Patrol Security Officer in Collegeville, PA. The role emphasizes customer service, visible presence, routine patrols, and incident response to protect client sites in a fast-paced environment.

As a part-time Flex officer, you will build a schedule with the opportunity for growth and use our platform to claim additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screen are required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the business and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Document security-related incidents and observations following established protocols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and authorities as needed.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and inquiries.
• Remain alert to technology equipment and assets while patrolling.
