Job summary

Land O’Lakes Flex Operator in Evansville, IN, part of our Flex Manufacturing Program, offers a 16–29 hour weekly schedule with pay $25.10 per hour. You'll operate front-line production equipment and assist in packaging while gaining hands-on experience in our Purina Animal Nutrition business.

You will work with a safety-focused team, meet daily production targets, and follow SOPs. Requirements include being 18+, 6+ months of work experience, basic math/reading/writing, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

Flex Operator

Pay: $25.10 per hour

Shift & Working Hours: This role is part of our Flex Manufacturing Program. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, where you can choose your schedule. Typical hours worked per week will usually be between 16-29 hours, but this may vary based on location.

In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Purina Animal Nutrition

This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. We innovate nutritional products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
• Required to work scheduled shift which may include weekends, some holidays, and periodic overtime
