Job summary

Prosegur in Milwaukee, WI is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer. You will maintain a safe environment for customers and employees, perform general security duties, observe and report hazards, and interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.

The role requires 18+ years old, a High School Diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and current PERC card plus CPR and 20-hour basic security training. Multiple shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) including weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drugscreen and background investigation.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Provide general Unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
• Be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills.

Duties and responsibilities:
