Job summary

Securitas in Williston, ND is seeking a part-time Flex Officer to help maintain a safe environment at client sites. You will be responsible for monitoring access, patrolling, and responding to incidents with professionalism.

Requirements include 18+, a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and computer skills, and the ability to work independently and calmly under pressure. Driving is required and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• 1 year of prior security, law enforcement, or military police experience required.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driving required.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Wage: $23.50/HR

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
