Job summary

Securitas is hiring for a Flex Officer - Part Time in Minot, ND. Earn $23.50 per hour with a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic security role responsible for access control, patrols, and maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements include being 18+, possessing a HS diploma or GED, driving, and at least 1 year in security, law enforcement, or military policy. Benefits include medical, 401(k), and paid training.

TheFlex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.

• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Driving required.
• 1 year of security, law enforcement, or military policy experience required.
