Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Flex Officer - Part Time in Jamestown, ND. The role offers a flexible schedule and a wage of $23.50 per hour. Duties include customer service, safety reporting, and site patrols to ensure all post orders and rounds are completed.

Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of security or related experience, and the ability to work independently. Driving is required and pre-employment screening is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilizing technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

What You Can Expect:
