Responsibilities

• Safely drive and transport lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies, and related materials in a company vehicle
• Load and unload vehicles appropriately
• Use handheld scanners to track items
• Follow operating policies and schedules
• Maintain safe and courteous driving behavior
• Conduct vehicle inspections and keep the vehicle clean
• Perform route duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant driving experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• At least 19 years old with a valid driver’s license for 3+ years
• Excellent driving history
• Comfortable with technology
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol screenings
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination may be required
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
