Mercy is seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Gig Nursing Program. You will float among Mercy Hospital facilities in Missouri, providing bedside care and coordinating with units like BH, ED, ICU, and MS. Shifts vary (4/8/12 hours) with no fixed weekend requirements.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active LPN license, and IV certification. BLS, ACLS, and PALS may be required depending on the department.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; must obtain and maintain LPN license in the hiring state.
• One year of recent bedside LPN experience for Medical-Surgical; two years for ED/ICU.
• IV certification is required; BLS/ACLS/PALS as applicable by department.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision.
• Float between Mercy Hospital facilities as assigned by the Gig Nursing Program.
• Support departments including Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, and MS as needed.
