Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Learning Programs & Systems Administrator located in India (Remote).

In this role, you will provide end-to-end learning administrative and backend operations support for leadership programs roll out.

What a typical day looks like:
  1. Support the day-to-day operational tasks such as responding to learner questions/ resolving learning systems or process-related issues.
  2. Manage global leadership programs course catalog, offerings, enrollment, drop and waitlist.
  3. Create and publish Learning Calendar for global learning programs.
  4. Using our learning management system (LMS), manage enrollments and attendance for facilitated learning sessions.
  5. Build, launch, and compile learning surveys.
  6. Identify problems and root causes, taking a consultative approach to assist the stakeholders with a resolution.
  7. Develop smart and creative L&D communications (Invitations, Reminders, Pre-work) and materials in support of Learning initiatives.
  8. Partner with vendors to schedule and coordinate programs.
  9. Handle LMS program related data entry like roster upload, attendance and mark completion.
  10. Interact and engage with learners, learning facilitator, talent partners and HR business partners.
  11. Able to resolve tickets in a timely manner.
  12. Able to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive data.
  13. Ability to compile reports and dashboards.
  14. Procure to Pay Process – Master Service Agreement, Statement of Work, Shopping Cart and Purchase Order.
  15. Expense report validation and recharge report related to Learning programs.
  16. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all processes.
  17. Support in the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift on a regular basis and willingness to work in flexible shifts based on business needs.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  1. Graduate or post-graduate in any stream.
  2. A minimum of 5 + years of meaningful learning ops and program administration experience.
  3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Demonstrable experience and success in interacting with customers on a regular basis.
  5. Customer focus – proactively finds ways to exceed customer needs.
  6. A results-driven and out-of-the-box thinker adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Able to engage, influence and work closely with diverse stakeholders.
  8. Tools: MS Office, Outlook, etc.
  9. Analytical – identifies root causes, corrective and preventative actions.
  10. Logical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills.
  11. Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team environment.
  12. Reporting and analytical skills.
  13. Experience with Workday Learning LMS and/or Degreed LXP or any other learning platforms.
