Job summary

JENNMAR Services is seeking motivated individuals for full-time Flex Laborer/Equipment Operator roles involving heavy to light equipment operation, labor, and dirt work. This position offers competitive pay and a benefits package.

You will safely operate light to heavy equipment, perform basic maintenance, and adhere to all safety rules. MSHA certification is a plus but not required, and background/drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights or in tight spaces.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening.
