Job summary

JENNMAR Services in West Virginia is seeking a dependable Flex Laborer/Equipment Operator to safely handle light to heavy equipment and perform dirt work in outdoor settings.

The role requires reliability, physical stamina, ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and willingness to pass pre-employment screenings; experience with loaders, excavators, and skid steers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in varying conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Comfortable working at heights or in tight spaces.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• MSHA certification is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate various types of light to heavy equipment.
• Knowledge of dirt work, restoration, and clearing functions and operations.
• Knowledge on safely operating Front-End Loaders, Excavators, skid steers and other related equipment.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance including fueling and greasing.
• Follow and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
