Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing supervision and guidance for 8–13 students, aiming to foster academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, routines, medications, transportation, devotions, and budgeting. The role begins as nine days on, followed by three off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsabilidades

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
