Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this on-campus, two-person role, couples provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students living in a home, creating a structured, family-like environment that supports academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, planning activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
