Green Dispensary in the Las Vegas Valley is seeking a Flex Delivery Driver to join our mobile delivery team. You will deliver orders across multiple locations, verify details with customers, and ensure compliance with Nevada cannabis rules.

Formación

• Must be 21 years or older under Nevada law for cannabis agents.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license required and driving record acceptable as per policy.
• Nevada Cannabis Establishment Agent Registration Card or ability to obtain one before start date.
• Las Vegas LVMPD work card or ability to obtain one as required by location.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver orders safely and on time across the Las Vegas Valley following company procedures and Nevada Cannabis rules.
• Make confirmation calls before deliveries to verify order details and inform customers of any promotions.
• Prepare and package orders with correct products, labels, and documentation.
• Verify customer identification and eligibility prior to delivery.
• Share product knowledge and current promotions with customers and suggest add-ons when appropriate.
• Follow cash-handling, payment, inventory, and delivery-tracking procedures.
• Keep accurate delivery records and required documentation.
• Communicate with store managers, delivery team, and customers about orders, delays, or changes.
• Pitch in on other delivery and store-support tasks as needed.

Flex Delivery Driver

Location: Las Vegas Valley – rotating among all Green Dispensary locations

Employment Type: Full-time, hourly (non-exempt)

Pay: $15.00 per hour, plus tips

Overtime: Paid in accordance with Nevada and federal law

Schedule: Full-time hours; store assignment and shifts are set weekly based on delivery volume

As a Flex Driver, you'll be the go-to team member who keeps deliveries running smoothly wherever we need you most needed that week. You'll get to know every Green Dispensary location, connect with customers all over the valley, and earn tips on top of your hourly pay. What You'll Do

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time across the Las Vegas Valley, following company procedures and Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) delivery regulations.
• Make confirmation calls before each delivery to verify order details and let customers know about products or promotions they may enjoy.
• Prepare and package orders, double-checking that products, labels, documentation, and order details are correct.
• Verify customer identification and eligibility before completing any delivery.
• Share product knowledge and current promotions with customers and suggest add-ons when appropriate.
• Follow all cash-handling, payment, inventory, delivery-tracking, and security procedures.
• Keep accurate delivery records and required documentation.
• Communicate with store managers, the delivery team, and customers about orders, delays, or changes.
• Pitch in on other delivery and store-support tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring

• Must be 21 years of age or older (required under Nevada law for cannabis establishment agents).
• A valid driver's license is required.
  • Company vehicle provided on site.
  • Candidate would be responsible for communicating to work location needed on the schedule to use the company vehicle.
  • Insurance driving record requirements require no major violations within 3-7 years. (Depends on the state you are licensed in)
• A valid Nevada Cannabis Establishment Agent Registration Card, or the ability to obtain one before your start date. (We can help with costs; if needed)
• A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) and/or North Las Vegas work card as required for assigned locations, or the ability to obtain them. (We can help with costs; if needed)
• Availability for full-time hours, with flexibility in shifts and store assignment from week to week.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, and comfort making outbound phone calls.
• A sales-minded, positive and helpful approach to recommending products.
• Organization and attention to detail when preparing and verifying orders.
• Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• A commitment to cannabis compliance and following established procedures.

All required cards, licenses, and registrations must remain current and in good standing throughout employment. This is required under Nevada law for cannabis establishment agents.

Nice to Have

• Previous delivery or rideshare driving experience
• Cannabis industry, dispensary, or retail sales experience

About the Flex Role

This is a flex position, which means you won't be assigned to one permanent store. Each week, your location and schedule will be based on delivery volume, staffing needs, and the operational needs of Green Dispensary. If you enjoy variety and want to learn every corner of our business, this role is a great fit. General Managers and Delivery Lead will be identifying the schedule based on business needs on a weekly and daily basis as needed. But this role will be full time.
