Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students.

The role includes nine days on, three off, with progression to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Responsibilities include supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving, devotions, budgeting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person married couple role for at least two years.
• Ability to obtain certification to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
