Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Flex Associate in Michigan to support store projects and client displays. This on-demand role reports to the Market Sales Manager and offers flexible shifts.

You will perform tasks, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to sitting/standing/walking with lifting requirements up to 100 lbs with assistance. A valid driver's license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency certification required
• Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs., in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to 100lbs with assistance from another associate
• Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
• Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, including a minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift
• A valid driver's license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary
• Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
• Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
• Access to a webcam is preferred
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time.

The Flex Associate position is responsible for assisting other Anderson Merchandisers associates in execution of client projects. Employment will be on-going on an as needed basis and reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.
