Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Flex Associate to support store client projects with accuracy and confidentiality. You will execute tasks, resets, and displays while following provided instructions and maintaining confidentiality between company, client, and retailer.

The role offers flexible hours for both full- and part-time associates, with shifts that may include weekends and a requirement to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and basic computer access are required.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalency required.
Valid driver’s license; travel to locations may be necessary.
Access to a computer, internet, printing and e-mail required.
Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

The Flex Associate position is responsible for assisting other Anderson Merchandisers associates in execution of client projects. Employment will be on-going on an as needed basis and reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.

What would you do in this role?

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy, by following all provided instructions
Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality
Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50lbswith frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.,in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to100lbswith assistance from another associate
Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS, including but not limited to the following:

Must be able to lift objects and products up to a maximum of 50lbswith frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects/products up to 35 lbs.,in addition, the ability to lift heavy objects up to100lbswith assistance from another associate
Work could be performed while sitting, standing, or walking
Work performed will entail fine manipulation of hands and/or fingers, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing, as well as upper and lower body mobility
Work flexible shifts (am or pm) based on store requirements and needs, includinga minimum of one 4-hour weekend shift.
High School diploma or equivalency certification required
A valid driver’s license is required, as travel to additional locations may be necessary
Automobile liability insurance is required to be maintained
Must have access to a computer, internet access, printing capabilities, and e-mail
Access to a webcam is preferred
Customer service or sales experience preferred
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
A minimum of conversational proficiency in English (both spoken and written) with the ability to communicate with customers and/or coworkers at a conversational level in real-time.
