Job summary

Rally Fleet is seeking a dependable Porter/Shop Assistant to support our production team in Atlanta. You will move vehicles through the production line, transport parts, and help prepare units for delivery while maintaining a clean, safe shop and yard.

No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training. We offer competitive pay based on experience with weekly paychecks and opportunities to grow within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet all day.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• No prior experience required—we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Move and stage vehicles around the yard as they progress through production.
• Pick up and deliver parts and supplies between vendors and the shop.
• Wash, prep, and clean vehicles ahead of customer delivery.
• Assist technicians with basic shop tasks as needed.
• Keep the yard and shop organized, clean, and safe.
• Support the team with additional duties to maintain efficient daily operations.
