Job summary

Truckomat-Corporation is seeking a hands-on wash attendant for a full-time role in Iowa. You will greet customers, wash trucks, and ensure a high-quality experience while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Training is provided and commission may be earned after full training completes.

Must be at least 18 years old and able to work outdoors in all weather. Position is on-site with weekly pay and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience or ability to run a register/computer.
• Ability to stay productive: cleaning, washing trucks, helping customers.
• Reliable, on-time, hard-working.
• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to work independently.
• Presentable appearance and proper work attire.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
• Ability to work and communicate in a team environment.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Description

Full-time- Wednesdays- Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays off

$13.50 per hour + $2 shift premium

Eligible for commission once fully trained!

MUST be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers: welcoming customers and explaining the services offered
• Providing excellent customer service to Truckomat customers
• Create a positive experience for every customer, every time by showing your eagerness to provide the "extra mile" of service
• Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record required
• Hand brush trucks using high powered wands, scrubbing brushes and various cleaning supplies.
• Keeping the work area clean and safe for employees and customers
• Ability to look over work and ensure good wash quality
• General upkeep of parking lot and premises
• Report any issues with Washbay equipment promptly to the supervisor or manager to facilitate timely repairs.
