Job summary

Darling Ingredients seeks a Fleet Equipment Washer to support fleet personnel and keep wash bay and equipment clean in Clinton, IA. You will wash parking lots, fleet and plant equipment with high pressure water, operate basic hand and power tools, and perform general labor while prioritizing safety.

Must be 18+, able to follow directions, and willing to work nights/weekends. A valid driver's license (no CDL) is required; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of general labor tasks and vehicle washing.
• Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Fleet Equipment Washer is responsible for assisting fleet personnel in various activities as well as cleanliness of Fleet equipment and the wash bay.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

• Required to use standard hand tools (hammer, screw driver, wrenches, etc.) and power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws, etc.)
• Operates company vehicles around plant and property.
• Performs a variety of general labor tasks and vehicle washing.
• Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Able to follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
