Job summary

The Tntx, Llc is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on Class 5-8 trucks and RVs per OEM and company guidelines. You will diagnose systems, complete work orders, maintain safety and cleanliness, and follow warranty procedures while keeping customers informed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, technical training, 1–2 years of related experience, and may hold a CDL or ASE/Freightliner certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs various truck systems.
• Ensures that repairs are completed in a complete and accurate manner as per supervisor instructions.
• Maintains correct time punches and work order processes.
• Maintains efficiency standards and attendance policy required.
• Tags all parts required to follow warranty procedure.
• Keeps customer vehicle clean during repair process and after repairs are complete.
• Keeps work area clean and free of debris.
• Follows safety procedures.
