Job summary

Rally Fleet seeks an Automotive Body Repair/Paint Technician to deliver high-quality repairs and painting for our fleet vehicles. The role requires experience with fiberglass and metal, and the ability to perform a range of bodywork tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive body repair and painting experience.
• Experience with fiberglass and metal surfaces.
• Ability to perform light to heavy repairs efficiently.
• Ability to lift 20–75 lbs and work in a team.
• Reliable transportation and basic welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform light to heavy automotive body repairs on various surfaces.
• Repair fiberglass fenders and hoods with two-part epoxy.
• Pull metal and fill with fiberglass as needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble semi-truck body parts.
• Prep panels for primer and paint; prime and tape for paint.
• Paint semi-trucks using single-stage or base/clear coat.
• Dispose of waste per OSHA/EH&S standards.
