Job summary

RallyX is seeking an Automotive Body Repair/Paint Technician to join our team and deliver high-quality body repair and painting for our fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years’ experience, expertise with fiberglass and metal surfaces, and can perform light to heavy repairs efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include body repairs to OEM standards, panel prep, primer and paint, and proper waste disposal in line with OSHA/EHS guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in automotive body repair and painting.
• Experience working with fiberglass and metal surfaces.
• Able to lift heavy objects (20–75 lbs).
• Welding and frame machine experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform light to heavy automotive body repairs on various surfaces.
• Repair fiberglass fenders and hoods with two-part epoxy.
• Disassemble and reassemble semi-truck body parts.
• Prep panels for primer and paint and apply paint per standards.
• Dispose of waste per OSHA/EHS standards.
