This position is responsible for the continuous operation and optimization of the Global Command and Control System–Maritime (GCCS‑M), GCCS‑Joint (GCCS‑J), and the Common Operational Picture (COP). • Monitor track database performance and precisely adjust threshold settings across the Track Management Services (TMS) Master, TMS Gateway, and Radiant Mercury Coalition Gateway to ensure optimum support of current operational requirements.
  • Ensure that alternate track database servers remain perfectly synchronized and updated with current track data, enabling rapid, seamless cutover procedures in the event of a primary server shift.
  • Rigorously monitor track data feeds from subordinate units to ensure all reported tracks meet latency criteria and utilize the appropriate symbols, names, echelons, organization types, and Unique Identifier (UID) codes.
  • Actively support fleet deployment preparation cycles by providing on‑site training and technical assistance to CSG and ESG assets.
  • Prepare detailed GCCS architectural drawings for scheduled Initial, Mission, and Final Planning Conferences (IPC/MPC/FPC).
